I am not a professional nutritionist or a dietician. I am a busy mum in my 40’s with 2 kids and working a full time job. I suffered gut health issues for a very long time- experiencing abdominal pain consistently in my teens and chronic bloating in my adult years. I have suspected IBS but have never been officially diagnosed with it. I have since been very interested in how the gut works and have invested my time researching the topic to learn more about how food and the way we live, affects the digestive system.
